Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the day you receive your order. If something’s not quite right, just let us know within that time.

To qualify for a return, the item needs to be in the same condition you got it — unused, undamaged, and with the original packaging. Please hang on to your receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase.

Once your return arrives and we’ve had a chance to check it over, we’ll let you know right away whether your refund has been approved.

If it’s approved, we’ll process the refund back to your original payment method within about 10 business days. Just keep in mind that it may take a little extra time for your bank or credit card company to post it on their end.

Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges only in cases where the delivered card is deemed logically dis-satisfactory — meaning:

1. The card received does not match the product description.

2. The card is non-functional (e.g., invalid digital code or defective physical print).

3. The card contains misleading or incorrect information that was not disclosed at purchase.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

A clear explanation of the issue

Photos or screenshots if applicable

We will review your request and determine whether it qualifies as logically dis-satisfactory.

If approved, we will issue an exchange for the same product or a suitable alternative of equal value.


Shipping for Exchanges

You are responsible for return shipping.

We will cover the cost of sending out the replacement card.
